Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the name and email address used for your account, login and access records, the answers and profile information you choose to enter, generated results, saved history, and basic technical records needed for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, save and display your progress, generate requested AI results, provide profile downloads and sharing, enforce usage limits, diagnose bugs, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Nexus uses service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, security, and database services; OpenAI for requested AI generation; and HighLevel for account email delivery and membership access. They process information only to provide these functions under their own contractual and security obligations. We do not authorize them to use Nexus profile information for third-party advertising.

Sharing profiles

Profile sharing is off until you create a link. You choose a Limited or Full share. Anyone with an active link can view the selected profile scope. You can replace or revoke the link at any time.

Retention and deletion

You may close your session while retaining saved data so you can return later, or request permanent deletion of your Nexus account data. A permanent deletion removes Nexus profile and journey data but may not remove separate transaction or communication records that must be retained by a payment, email, or membership provider. Requests can be sent to the contact address below.

Your choices

You may review and edit saved profile information inside the app, turn off public profile sharing, download your profile, or request access, correction, or deletion. We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within 45 days.

Security

We use remembered passwords, optional email verification codes, secure cookies, access controls, rate limits, encrypted connections, and managed infrastructure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid entering information you do not want stored or processed.

Children

Nexus is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for adults. Do not create an account for a child or submit a child’s personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the beta changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.

Terms of Use

Beta service

Nexus is a developing beta and may contain bugs, incomplete features, interruptions, or changing limits. Features may be added, changed, or removed.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep access to your email secure and do not use another person’s account.

AI-generated information

AI outputs are suggestions and hypotheses, not guaranteed facts, professional advice, market validation, or promises of business results. Review, edit, and independently verify important decisions. Nexus does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or investment advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or limits, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or use Nexus to harm, deceive, exploit, or discriminate against people.

Your content

You retain your rights in information you submit. You give Nexus permission to store and process it only as needed to operate the service and produce the outputs you request. You are responsible for having the right to submit that information.

Nexus materials

The Nexus interface, branding, original written materials, and proprietary journey structure are owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit copying the service for resale.

No guarantees

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes, accuracy of AI output, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus and its owner will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the free beta is to stop using it.

Termination

We may suspend access for abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violation of these terms. You may stop using Nexus at any time and choose whether to retain or permanently delete saved Nexus data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
